NZXT Phantom 630 Modular Ultra Case

E-mail Print

Now, there is a sibling to the two cases mentioned and that is the new Phantom 630. The Phantom is not your typical Phantom series case as it was re-designed from the ground up. NZXT task with the 630 was to offer the enthusiast all the comforts one would need in a great case. And looking at it there are features and tweaks that you wouldn’t even realize that are there.

Silverstone Sugo SG09 Small Form Factor Tower & PA01 Sugo Pack Review

E-mail Print
User Rating: / 4PoorBest

Silverstone's SG09 is the tenth and latest addition to their Sugo line of SFF cases and is the unit that we will be reviewing here today. The SG09 takes a different approach than the very popular SG05, SG07 and SG08, as it is much more rectangular than the squarish nature of the others. Or when compared to their SG03 and SG04, which are taller towers and have aluminum front panels, the SG09 is made of plastic. However, we are not going to let any of this get in the way of reviewing this sweet looking case.

Plus: Bonus review of the PA01 "Sugo Pack" carrying bag, which is basically a nice LAN-bag to safely carry any Sugo model (or FT03 Mini) case along with your keyboard and mouse.

Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 Quiet PC Tower Review

The item that Andy made the big deal about in his email was for the Dead Silence 1 aka DS1. The DS1 has not made it to the US yet, but there have been many reviews from US-based sites about the case. We are going to add to that growing list. The DS1 is a great looking case but in this instance it isn’t all about the looks, as this DS1 offers a ton of features and options that would make one want to opt for this one in their next purchase, or even replace their current.

Xigmatek Pure Black Asgard Pro

Asgard overview

Our next product on the table isn’t displaying any new break-thru technology but a lot of class at a great value. The all-blacked out Asgard Pro is a very simplistic case which I think demonstrates style and class that will not empty the old bank account.

SilverStone Precision Series PS07 Case Review

E-mail Print

PS07 logoThe Precision series currently has a size range from mATX to mid tower like the PS06 we review last week.  Today, we will be taking a look at the smallest member of the family and that would be the PS07. The mATX form factor is fast becoming a high profile trend. The explosion of high overclocking motherboards and solid state drives which requires much less space has helped to drive the sales of the small cases. And couple this with the ability to use today’s larger high powered graphic cards; you really can’t go wrong with one of the little enclosures and that includes the PS07.

Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2

Scout 2 overall view

If you have not figured it out by now, just about every case manufacturer has a gaming brand. Cooler Master was one of the first to develop such a brand when they opened up CM Storm. And since then we have seen some pretty great cases. Today, we have the newest addition to the brand which would be the Storm 2. The only thing the new version and the original have in common is a LAN handle and size. We will be taking a look at what makes this one the new must have case.

BitFenix Prodigy mITX PC Case

E-mail Print

White ProdigyEver since I heard about BitFenix's Prodigy I have been hearing about great it is. From reviews to build logs, they all praise BitFenix’s newest case on the market, possibly even getting more talk than any other case right now. Which the weird thing about that is the fact it is not a standard tower ATX case, but an ITX tower case! Not only is it an ITX case, it is an ITX case capable of supporting the ideal gaming rig, something that not many other cases of this size can boast about. Well, now I have one to get up close and personal with and I will generate my own take on this much-talked-about case.

Silverstone Precision Series PS06

E-mail Print

Silverstone PS06The next item under the scope is the PS06 tower from the Precision series. The PS06 like all the other cases in the Precision are meant to give the user all the advance features they are looking for but at the same time keeping the price at a level where it is easily affordable. These means options like HDD docks, superior cooling and various other aspects we all want in a case.
