3.4 GHz Phenom II X4 965 getting listed


Not yet announced, the Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition, AMD's highest-clocked quad-core processor to date, has begun to appear at various online stores. Listed as out of stock, the upcoming 45nm CPU comes in an AM3 package, has a working frequency of 3.4 GHz, 200 MHz more than the 955 BE model, packs 6MB of L3 cache, an integrated memory controller, a TDP of 125W, and comes with an unlocked multiplier.
