Thermaltake unveils the PW880i liquid cooling system

Serving up a little something for this summertime, Thermaltake has announced a new addition to its ProWater series of liquid cooling systems, the PW880i. The new cooling solution is compatible with Intel LGA775, LGA1366 and AMD Socket 939/AM2/AM2+/AM3 processors and is made up of a 336-gram pure copper waterblock with support for 3/8" tubing, a 350cc liquid tank, a pretty quiet (16 dBA) 500 L/hr pump with a MTBF (mean time before failure) of 80,000 hours, and an all-aluminum 240mm Motorsports radiator.

The radiator is equipped with a 120mm fan working at speeds between 1000 and 2000 RPM and has a sound output hovering in the 20 - 20 dBA zone. The PW880i is not yet priced but it should reach stores soon enough. Tech Connect
